Torrence Ford

Torrence Ford’s background since 2005 has given him hands on experience in all facets of Residential Sales, Leasing, Construction Permitting, Zoning, New Home Subdivision Management/Sales, and recently adding Brokerage Management into the Fold as The Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Premier Established in 2017. This has forced Torrence to stay ahead of the curve with Current Georgia Law as he guides & mentors’ agents at his Firm. He is currently a staple and a leader in the community through previous ties to USA Swimming in the Atlanta area in addition to 10 plus years of Coaching Age Groupers. Recently his coaching experience has led to coaching Atlanta Area Agents through his YouTube Page in addition to the agents at his growing brokerage.

Torrence holds a Business Administration Degree with a minor in Finance from Florida A&M University. He had a stint with Pricewaterhouse Coopers & Accenture LTD as a IT Consultant Prior to Joining the Sales Force. Since joining real estate he has been among the top Agents in numerous Top Real Estate Companies year over year. As a lifetime learner Torrence acquired his Broker’s License in January of 2011 to further continue growth. In March of 2017 he bought a Remax Franchise Naming it RE/MAX Premier to ensure that every customer has a “Premier Experience with their Real Estate Transaction”. He currently specializes in the (ITP) “Inside the Perimeter Atlanta Market but is familiar with the surrounding suburbs as well since he is an original Georgia Native. As prices continue to surge in the Atlanta Market Torrence has quickly become acquainted with Suburban Markets providing affordability to his clients. Torrence is a self-starter, motivator, hard worker, and is flexible with change which is key in any environment especially since the Covid-19 Pandemic. Torrence has a passion for growth and prosperity thru self-development and has enjoyed watching the City of Atlanta become a great place for opportunity for others! Each year Torrence’s Brokerage facilitates more than 200 families with obtaining home ownership and can state that he has assisted more than 700 families with building homeownership, obtaining equity, and building memories forever. In addition to helping families obtain homeownership, Torrence also enjoys seeing his clients utilize the power of their current salary or side income to buy real estate investments which have created cashflows of up to $5,000 per month. Torrence has personally flipped more than 30 homes since 2005 while running a successful Real Estate Business & Brokerage and now is taking his teachings to clients & agents in his Firm to spread knowledge around. In 2021 RE/MAX Premier was awarded by Corporate LLC, The Eagle Award for Highest Net Gain in Sales Associates in addition to Brokerage of The Year for the Southeastern Region. Torrence loves taking his mistakes and sharing them with other clients to see them win! His Favorite saying is “There’s an opportunity in Every Market”.
