As a Seller gets ready for professional photography here are some things that we can do to ensure that your home shows as “model home” ready as possible.

1. Ensure clear countertops in the Kitchen(only 1-2 things on counters)

3. Ensure that Glade Plugs are placed around the home
4. Clean Front Door

6. Ensure that Bathroom Mats are up and removed/Counter Tops are clear
7. Ensure that Bathroom Counter tops are clear
8. Place Plunger/Toilet Scrubbers out of sight
9. Ensure that Toilet Seats are down in each bathroom
10. Ensure that Closet offer Clear view of floor
11. Possibly change light bulbs in home to a bright white which offers a brighter living experience to the home impressing buyers instantly.
12. Consider leaving an area on the counter top for Bottle Waters, Peanut Crackers, Snack items for hungry buyers to stop by and chill as they consider your home. The longer that they stay in the home It’s a great thing
13. Placing a quick letter on your kitchen counter top letting buyers know the top 10 things you loved about your home and maybe a small paragraph welcoming them to your home and how you will truly miss living there but have to relocate for work.
14. Prepare Front Door Key for Listing Agent to place in lockbox
