Distinguished Realtor® and Atlanta native Torrence Ford announced he left Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as an agent to join the RE/MAX network as a Broker/Owner in March of 2017. My name is Ali Ghazi (PhD) and I’m an International Code Council (ICC) certified home inspector and American Society of Home Inspector candidate as well. I have completed over 3500 inspections. I am also a certified STUCCO inspector by Moisture Warranty Corporation. In addition, I have recently completed the State of Georgia requirements as a licensed Appraiser.
My PhD is in Geology, and my Master’s degree is in Geochemistry and lastly I hold a BS in Chemistry. I have had extensive laboratory and teaching experience in environmental forensics (e.g., indoor air quality, lead, asbestos and radon). I am an Associate Editor of Journal of Environmental Forensic and author of a number of peer reviewed geological and environmental journal articles and book chapters.
